Level UP Dads | Small Group Program

For dads who are ready to stop white-knuckling it.

A small-group coaching experience for dads who want practical support, honest conversation, and real shifts in how they show up at home.

Hey dads,

I know we are trying hard to be better dads…

while also carrying stress, pressure, overload, exhaustion, old patterns, and a nervous system running hot more often than we’d like to admit.

That’s why this 3 weekend experience isn’t really about “perfect parenting.” I don’t know anything about that.

It’s about slowing things down enough to better understand:

what’s happening underneath our reactions what may be driving our child’s behavior and how old patterns quietly shape family dynamics over time Over 3 weekends, we’ll work through some very real questions together:

Weekend 1 — JUNE 13 | Why do I react like this?

We’ll explore:

nervous system overload

stress + parenting pressure

generational patterns

meaning making

behavior through a brain-first lens

awareness as the starting point for change

Weekend 2 —June 20 | How do I stop escalating everything?

We’ll focus on:

regulation

calm leadership

communication shifts

power struggles

slowing reactions down before things spiral

repair after difficult moments

Weekend 3 — June 27 How do we change the pattern in our home?

We’ll explore:

emotional safety

connection

family culture

values

long-term relationship building

creating healthier patterns over time

Alongside the live sessions via ZOOM, dads will also get access to:

short videos

reflection prompts

practical tools

worksheets

deeper-dive resources

ongoing support inside the Level Up Dads School community

The goal is to give dads space to:

reflect between sessions

notice patterns in real life

practice without perfection

revisit concepts after hard moments

and move at their own pace

You’ll also have lifetime access to the recordings and materials. This isn’t an “all you can eat with a time limit” kind of thing.

If it sounds like something you need right now, I’d love to have you there.
