Level UP Dads | RESET WORKSHOP JUNE 6

Turns out when there is yelling, there is no listening.

A practical workshop for staying more grounded, connected, and realistic during the long, loud, unstructured days of summer.

Summer can be amazing.

It can also be loud, loose, sweaty, screen-heavy, snack-heavy, and full of moments where dads quietly wonder how many more days until school starts.

This workshop is for dads raising complex, neurodivergent, sensitive, anxious, intense, or hard-to-understand kids who want to stay more grounded, connected, and realistic during the long, unstructured days of summer.

Together we’ll unpack:

• why summer can be so stressful for kids and parents

• how lost routines affect behavior and regulation

• why screen battles get so intense

• how to lower pressure without giving up leadership

• how to build simple rhythms that help the whole family

• how to repair when things go sideways

This is part nervous system, part brain-first parenting, part practical dad strategy, and part “no, popsicles are not a meal plan.”

You’ll leave with:

• a few useful mindset shifts

• simple tools for reducing friction

• better language for hard moments

• ways to stay grounded when the house gets chaotic

• and probably some relief realizing other dads are dealing with the same summer circus

Hope you can make it.

A free Saturday workshop for dads trying to stay grounded during summer break, when routines disappear, snacks become a full-time job, and “go outside” somehow turns into a family negotiation.
